MGT 410 Topic 4 CLC Service Project Presentation GCU

MGT 410 Topic 4 CLC - Service Project Presentation - TO and Online

This is a Collaborative Learning Community (CLC) assignment.
The instructor will divide the class into groups.
Part 1: Service Project Experience
You should have individually completed your service project experience after receiving approval from the instructor.
Part 2: Service Project Presentation
Your task will be to create a PowerPoint presentation that shares your findings from your service project experience. Each group member's experience must be shared as part of the presentation. The presentation is an opportunity to share what servant leadership skills were used and which ones you believe you still have further opportunity to develop.
Remember the following quote from Robert K. Greenleaf as you reflect on your service project experience: "The difference manifests itself in the care taken by the servant-first to make sure that other people's highest priority needs are being served. The best test, and difficult to administer, is: Do those served grow as persons? Do they, while being served, become healthier, wiser, freer, more autonomous, more likely themselves to become servants? And, what is the effect on the least privileged in society? Will they benefit or at least not be further deprived."
Address the following in the presentation:
1.     Identification of team members.
2.     Explanation of how each team member selected the particular opportunity.
3.     Description of how each team member served the individual or community, including the amount of time.
4.     Explanation of how the Greenleaf questions were met.
5.     Identify which servant leadership skills were used to influence others and how.
6.     Description of other significant takeaways.
7.     Pictures taken during the service projects.
Peer Evaluation
Complete the "Peer Evaluation Form,” which is an opportunity to conduct performance reviews on your team members. All members of the CLC group must individually complete and submit the evaluation. Information from the evaluation will be kept confidential and will not be shared with other members of your team. To receive credit for this portion of the assignment, you must submit a fully completed evaluation, including evaluating yourself and selecting one team member that you would hire and why.
